Sweetwater is a great spot.

Nice and spacious apartments. The staff is great. If you looking for somewhere to stay in Prattville call Tammy and she will take care of you.

Safe Community, Family Friendly

I lived in these apartments for 2 years, and they are AMAZING. It is a safe community and well kept. The pool is very nice too! Amazing staff here as well! Would 100& recommend living here.

Great place to live and amazing management.

This is the place to be. Very comfortable and quiet property with amazing facilities and even better staff. Chandler in the office is the sweetest and most professional person I’ve ever had the privilege of working with to get a home. She is definitely the biggest asset to Sweetwater. Go see her for an amazing experience when looking for an apartment.

Sweetwater is Sweet!

If you like a state park atmosphere, but want all the comforts of home, than Sweetwater Apartments on Highway 14 in Prattville is the place for you. It is dog and people friendly with a staff who is helpful and caring. I know for a fact that their two bedroom, two bath apartments are spacious and comfortable. If you are a short term renter or are a long time resident, Sweetwater is the place for you!

Buildings are rotting away

Don't move here! I would rather take a shower at Penn State then live in this Hell Hole!
